Obituary of Russell K. Whitehead
Russell K. Whitehead passed away December 9, 2024. Born September 2, 1937 in Wilson he was the son of William and Alice (Wait) Whitehead. Russell served in the US Navy from 1955 to 1958 was the owner of Lock City Glass. He enjoyed working on cars, stained glass, locksmithing.
Russell is survived by his wife of 63 years, Judith (Schultz) Whitehead; children Tracy (Carol Glanz, fiancé) Whitehead, Tina Marie (Dan) Covell, and Tami Kagels; grandchildren Elizabeth, Ellen, Emily, and Madison; great grandchildren Ethan, Sydney, and Raven; sister Linda Short. Besides his parents Russell was predeceased by his brother Robert Whitehead.
Relatives and friends may call Thursday, December 12th from 4-7 PM in Prudden And Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport where funeral services will be held Friday, December 13th at 10 AM.
