Philip D. Becker, 76, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 22, 2024, at Niagara Hospice House. Born in Lowville, New York, on October 18, 1948, he was the son of the late Norman and Elizabeth (Toepfer) Becker.

Philip earned a degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the University at Buffalo. He dedicated over 40 years to Occidental Chemical, managing various plants, with his last position in Niagara Falls, New York. He was a proud member of the Pendleton Jaycees, the University at Buffalo Alumni Association, and was a licensed Professional Engineer.

Philip and his wife, Marcia, enjoyed showing their National and World Champion horses. He was also an avid fan of the Buffalo Bills and had a deep love for college football.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Marcia (Mally) Becker; his sons, David and Stephen Becker; and his surrogate daughter, the late Monkia Sanders. He is also survived by his siblings: Jeff Becker, Sharon Wangelin (the late David), Susan (Gerold) Fuller, and Lisa Becker; and was predeceased by his brother, Darrill (Kathy) Becker.

Family and friends are invited to call on Sunday, December 1, from 1–4 PM at Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street, Lockport. Interment will take place on Monday, December 2, at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, West Seneca, NY, at 1 PM.
