Obituary of James H. Cline

James H. Cline passed away Wednesday October 30, 2024 at Elderwood at Lockport.  Born in Richland, Va., on September 30, 1928, he was the son of the late Samuel R. and Josie Profit Cline.  James retired from Domtar Paper Products in Lockport.  He enjoyed playing horseshoes, bowling, cornhole, but is true love was Bluegrass Music, James was a accomplished musician that could play any instrument with strings, especially guitar. 

He is predeceased by his wife Helen (nee Richardson) Cline who passed away March 8, 2020, and the late Ronnie (late Carol) Cline and Jerry Cline.

James was the father of Patsy (Lewis) Cunningham, Bonnie (Steven) Niezgoda, Phyllis (Donnie) Sparks, Dana (Kert) Berner and Johnny Johnson; his daughter in-law Linda Cline.  He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren and 18 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call on Friday November 1st, 2024, 4-7 PM at Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street, Lockport, where services will be held on Saturday November 2nd at 10 AM.  Interment will be in Acacia Park Cemetery.  Online Condolences at www.pruddenandkandt.com
