Obituary of John J. Hager
John J. Hager passed away October 23, 2024 in Elderwood at Lockport. Born May 16, 1942 in Buffalo he was the son of Robert and Rita (Bonn) Hager. John worked for Trico in Buffalo where he was an engineer. He enjoyed golfing, bowling, and was a member of the Forks Volunteer Fire Department in Cheektowaga and the Fraternal Order of the Eagles.
John is survived by his children Michelle (Paul) Dubiel, Michael Hager, and Edward (Jennifer) Hager; grandchildren Collin, Olivia, and Jillian; sister-in-law Gail Hager. He was predeceased by his wife Betty (Ventura) Hager in 2018, and siblings Robert Hager and Mary Ellen (late Joseph) Goodell.
Relatives and friends may call Monday, October 28th from 4-7 PM in Prudden And Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport where funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 29th at 10 AM.
