Obituary of Betty G. Zuch

Please share a memory of Betty to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Betty Genet Zuch, 93, died October 22, in Niagara Hospice House. Born in North Tonawanda, Mrs. Zuch was the daughter of Otto and Dorothy (nee Heppner) Genet and was a 1949 graduate of North Tonawanda High School. After graduation she served as a private secretary in the Contracts Division of Bell Aircraft. With the birth of her children she chose to become a stay-at-home mother. It was a choice she enjoyed and never regretted.

Mrs. Zuch had a personal Agape ministry, bringing cheer, well wishes and comfort over the years, to many people in need of uplifting and encouragement. With God's blessing she continued this to the day her Lord called her Home.

She was very active in volunteer work at her church all of her adult years. Enjoying reading she became well versed in the presidential history of the United States and had an extensive collection of presidential biographies in her library.

Survivors include one son, Paul W. (Jean) of Lillington, N.C.; daughter, Annelise (Kevin) Newkirk of Lockport; three grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.  She was predeceased by her husband Glenn W. in 2018.
