Obituary of James H. Perry

James H. Perry passed away September 29, 2024 under the care of Niagara Hospice.  Born October 13, 1953 in Lockport he was a son of Lowell and Cecelia (Anstead) Perry, Sr.  James worked for HSBC Bank in Buffalo for a number of years where he was a systems analyst and worked as a paralegal at Rupp Pfalzgraf, LLC Law Firm for the last two years.  He was a member of St. Paul’s United Church of Christ (Shawnee) where he sang in the choir, served on the counsel, and also served as the financial secretary.  James also enjoyed traveling especially to the 1000 Islands.

James is survived by his wife of 49 years, Susan (Rogers) Perry; daughter Andrea Perry; brother Lowell (late Maria) Perry, Jr.; brother-in-law Thomas Rogers; also several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends may call Thursday, October 3rd from 4-7 PM in Prudden And Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport.  Funeral service will be held Friday, October 4th at 11 AM in St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, 3921 Mapleton Rd., North Tonawanda.  In lieu of flowers donations to South Lockport Volunteer Fire Co. or Niagara Hospice would be appreciated.  Visit pruddenandkandt.com.
