Obituary of Paul W. Patterson

Paul W. “Peaches” Patterson passed away September 24, 2024 in Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital.  Born May 23, 1954 in Lockport he was the son of the late Edward and Barbara (Langdon) Patterson.  Paul worked for Harrison Radiator for 28 years where he was in production.  He also worked for Ridge Road Express Bus Co where he was a driver from 2007-2017.  Paul was a 42 year member of the Wrights Corners Volunteer Fire Co., where he was also a former EMT.  While a member of the fire company Paul held the office of President, Vice President, Secretary, and Trustee.  He was also a member of the Elk’s Lodge, Eagles Lodge, and enjoyed football, bowling, and socializing with family and friends.

Paul is survived by his brothers Mark Patterson and Jeffrey Patterson; step-children Michael Flynn, Linwood Russell, Brandon Bradley, Paulette Jabot, and Pam Flynn; extended family through his first wife Toni Delahunt including “John John”; goddaughter Jade Carpenter; several step- grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.  Besides his parents Paul is also predeceased by his wife Marilyn (Bradley) Patterson and brother Bruce Patterson.

Relatives and friends may call Friday, September 27th from 3-8 PM at Prudden And Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, September 28th at 10 AM in St. John the Baptist RC Church, 168 Chestnut St., Lockport.  In lieu of flowers donations in Paul’s memory can be made to Wrights Corners Fire Hall or to a charity of one’s choice.
