Roxanne “Roxy” Parlier passed away September 23, 2024 in Mercy Hospital of South Buffalo. Born March 2, 1956 in Lockport she was the daughter of Clint and Norma (Robinson) Parlier. Roxy is survived by her siblings Ruthanne “RB” Mondry of Lockport, Robert (Jennifer) Parlier of Newfane, and the late Rebecca Parlier.
