Joyce A. Crean, 91, of Lockport, passed away peacefully on August 29, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on February 15, 1933, in Buffalo, NY, to the late Kenneth and Katherine Wilson, Joyce was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She is survived by her children Thomas (Angela) Crean, Terrence (Carol) Crean, Deborah (Daniel) Struebel, Patricia Crean, and James (Jennifer) Crean. Joyce was a cherished grandmother to 11 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Joyce was predeceased by her beloved husband of 53 years, Donald J. Crean; her son Donald P. Crean; her granddaughter Patricia (Crean) Mirabella; and her siblings Beverly Wilson, Tamara (Wilson) Springer, and Gary Wilson.

Joyce found great fulfillment in her role as a homemaker but also loved reading and shopping. She especially cherished her decades spent camping at Allegany State Park.

A loving presence in the lives of many generations, Joyce will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.

Relatives and friends may call Wednesday, September 4th from 4-8 PM in Prudden And Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, September 5th at 10 AM at All Saints Parish, 76 Church St., Lockport.  Interment will be in Cold Springs Cemetery.
