Obituary of Sharon B. Killion

Sharon B. Killion passed away May 16, 2024 in Lockport Rehab & Health Care Center.  Born November 28, 1942 in Lockport she was the daughter of Fred Simmons and Ella (Wadsworth) Gardner.  Sharon worked for Odd Fellows & Rebekah Health Care Facility for 35 years where she was a dietary cook retiring in 2008.  She enjoyed cooking, crocheting, shopping, dining locally, and especially spending time with her family and visits all the more!  Sharon was predeceased by her husband, Thomas J. Killion, Sr. in 2008.

Sharon is survived by her children Thomas J. Killion, Jr., Annette (Kevin) Lamb, Angel (Lewis) Ligammari, Sharon K. (late Timothy) Cook, Sandra Killion, and Theresa Killion;  sister-in-law Wanda Dohring; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.  She was predeceased by her siblings Robert (Margie) Simmons and Ruth (Robert) Clark, granddaughter Natasha Ernst, and her dog, Jack.

Relatives and friends may call Monday, May 20th from 10 AM – 12 Noon with services at 12 Noon all in Prudden And Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport.  Interment will be in Huskey Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers donations to a local animal shelter of your choice would be appreciated.  Visit pruddenandkandt.com.
