Obituary of Janet Riffle
Janet Riffle passed away April 20, 2024. She was born on December 28, 1935 in Medina, NY a daughter of Orrin and Minnie (Wiseman) Ide and step dad William Taylor. Janet was a Diet Aide Supervisor for Mt. View and Niagara County for 38 years retiring in 1990. She also worked for Staff Builders for 14 years as a home health care aide. Janet enjoyed gardening, birds and really loved her cats and dogs.
She is predeceased by her husband, Okey M. Riffle who passed away on September 9, 2007.
Janet is survived by her son Vince (Ruth) McHenry and the late Vance (Judy) McHenry and late John (late Shirley) Beane; grandchildren Chad (Sandra) McHenry, Jodi (Todd) McHenry, Art (Lisa) McHenry, Karie (Adam) Heintz; great grandchildren Wyatt, Benjamin, Vancle, Addison and the late Asa Martin; special friends and neighbors Patty Dimascio and late Smitty, Helen, Dennis, Jim and Val.
Relatives and friends may call on Wednesday April 24, 2024 from 10-11AM at Royalton Bible Church 8457 Bunker Hill Road Gasport, NY 14067 where a funeral service will immediately follow at 11AM. Interment will be in Royalton Mountain Ridge Cemetery. Visit pruddenandkandt.com.
