I was so sad to hear the news yesterday at the Bill's preseason game. You fought a brave battle with such dignity and grace. Even though you were in pain. From Darien Lake days to the Bills I was always looking forward to seeing you. You were a ray of sunshine. I will always remember you. Love you girl. Noreen Fecher

Sheri was a sweet, gentle, soft, caring person. But she could also be tough, strong, and determined. She was well-educated and I get a kick out of some of the jobs that she worked. She has had different positions; UPS, Buffalo Bills, and a bricklayer. I always enjoyed talking to her about what was going on in her life. She always had something humorous to say ,and could make me laugh.
It was sad that her life was cut short but I will always have fond memories of a beautiful person.
Safe Journeys,Sheri, until we will meet again.
Love, Uncs

Sheri use to live by me when I was on thrall road in Cambria Lockport. It has been since high school since I last saw her. We were decent friends when we were kids growing up! She was a great person with a nice heart! I am so sorry we lost her to this terrible disease! Prayers to her family and friends for peace and comfort!

Sheri was my adopted mama and one of the greatest gifts of my life. Her beautiful daughter, Faith, shared her mama with me during the time that I needed a mama the most. We navigated our very similar cancer diagnoses together, and she was my rock when I didn’t know where to turn. She was and is the one who unfortunately ‘got it’ when no one else deeply did. Sheri supported me through my trials and triumphs and I am so grateful, thankful, blessed for every single second that she was in my life. Sheri was so selfless, kind, loving, and compassionate - and I saw that in each way she truly stepped up to be a mama to me in my pain, when she was dealing with her own horrific trials. While losing Sheri is a painful, deep loss for all of us, I am grateful for all of the ways that we can carry Sheri’s memory and life with us today and especially all of the ways that Sheri will continue to always live through Faith and the rest of her loved ones.
May you return to the water, my dear friend, and explore this world free of the pain and suffering that comes with being restricted to an earthly body. I love you forever, mama ❤️

My Dearest Sheri,
There are so many wonderful things I could say about Sheri. We found a beautiful connection together, where we helped and cared for each other. We experienced a number of life's peaks and valleys, and learned to grow from them. Even though our time together seemed too short, I am so grateful for each of those moments that we did have.
I am inspired by Sheri, not only by her kindness and compassion for others, but by her courage and dedication in fighting for her health. By her passion and gratitude for each minute of life and for those she loved.
I will remember Sheri as a smart, strong woman with a heart of gold and a smile that could light up a room. I know that I am a better person for having her in my life. I will miss you Sheri and never forget you.
Love,
Peter Barrett

We were blessed to have you in our lives! I am thankful for all the memories of babysitting us, introducing us to the Drop Dead Fred movie and jamming out to Bohemian Rhapsody.. And our most recent talks.. You will always be remembered for your positivity, determination, your selflessness, the endless love you showed, and the bright light you always carried with you!! I know you reached your beautiful destination! I will miss our daily text messages! I already know you gave Anthony a great big hug and kiss from us, so I don’t even have to ask.. We love you!
Love,
