Obituary of Jeanne Sheehan
Jeanne C. Sheehan passed away April 1, 2024 in Elderwood of Lockport. Born July 20, 1939 in Buffalo she was the daughter of Edward and Catherine (Strasser) Glose. Jeanne worked at Inter-Community Memorial Hospital in Newfane where she was a nurse’s aide. She enjoyed traveling, especially being by the ocean, and gardening. But her greatest joy was spending time with her family.
Jeanne is survived by her children Patricia (David Gilland) Sheehan, Mary (Harry) Archer, Peggy (Judd) Gregory, Molly Schrey, Jennifer Revetta, and Jeffrey Sheehan; grandchildren Ken, Kelley, David, Michael, Brenna, Marah, and Dominic; four great grandchildren; brother Robert (Joyce) Glose; also several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her siblings Edward Glose and Margaret Hopkins.
Relatives and friends are invited to a Memorial Mass Saturday June 8, 2024 at 10 AM in Saint Brendan on the Lake 3455 Ewings Road Newfane, NY. Inurnment in St. Charles Cemetery.
