Obituary of Julia M. Farr
Julia M. Farr passed away March 18, 2024 in Northgate Health Care Facility. Born February 25, 1930 in Dearborn, MI she was the daughter of Joseph H. and Alvina (Sawazhki) Guay. Julia loved reading, enjoyed gardening, bowling, and especially spending time with her family. She was predeceased by her husband Gerald E. Farr, Sr. on November 3, 1993.
Julia is survived by her children Gerald (late Kim) Farr, Jr., David (Jean) Farr, Richard (Judy) Farr, and Barbara (Scott) Reynolds; sixteen grandchildren and several great grandchildren; siblings Robert Guay, Ronald (Joleen) Guay, and John Guay; also several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband Julia is also predeceased by her son Terry (late Deborah) Farr, Sr., and siblings Joseph Guay, Donald Guay, and Marion Guay.
Relatives and friends may call Tuesday, March 26th from 4-7 PM in Prudden And Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, March 27th at 10 AM in St. John the Baptist RC Church, 168 Chestnut St., Lockport. Visit pruddenandkandt.com.
