Blanche M. Lucas passed away February 5, 2024 under the care of Niagara Hospice. Born November 7, 1945 in Lockport she was the daughter of Stewart and Blanche (Miller) Turner. Blanche worked for Harrison Radiator in production. She volunteered with local veteran’s organizations, enjoyed going to church functions, and collecting antique dolls. Blanche was predeceased by her husband William Lucas.
Blanche is survived by her daughters Rebecca (Dan) Human and BillieJo (Sam) Vella; grandchildren Roman, Gianna, Henry, and Harper; brothers Albert Turner and the late Stewart Turner; friend Richard Wheeler.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
