Sanders Family,
I am so sorry to hear about Mr. Sanders. He was the best PE teacher! I always loved when he turned the gym into a jungle obstacle course. I remember it being so magical! He was so kind and I will remember him fondly.
Hugs and prayers,
Heather Palmer-Hall

To the Sanders family,
Our condolences to your family on the passing of your patriarch. He was simply, a wonderful human being. In the many years of our friendship from senior teacher taking the new teachers under his wing and showing us by example how to do the job, to driving to different colleges to watch one of our former students and colleagues coach his basketball teams to national prominence, to our monthly breakfast gatherings at Tom’s diner as a group of retired teachers reminiscing about the “good old days”, it really didn’t get much better than that. We were so blessed to call him “friend”. You all were so blessed to call him “dad”, “grandpa,” “great grandpa”. May he Rest In Peace with your wonderful mom.

To the Sanders Family: We were saddened to read of the death of Mr. Sanders. He will always be "Mr. Sanders" to Nancy-- he was her phys ed teacher in Wrights Corners and Newfane for several years. Dave remembers with fondness teaching Greg at LHS. We were actually neighbors in the mid-1990's through the mid 2000's when we lived on Susanne. We send you our deepest sympathies from across the miles from New Mexico, our recent new home. May you console each other with the memories of a life truly well-lived.

I am very sorry to hear of Mr. Sanders’ passing. I have fond memories of Mr. Sanders as my Elementary Physical Education teacher. He was a very athletic energetic man who was always prepared with interesting classes. One of my favorite teachers. Praying that your family memories bring peace and comfort to your hearts at this difficult time.
With Deepest Sympathy,

Mr Sanders was my first "gym" teacher at Newfane in the 60's...He was great teacher and even more a great motivator for young students...He not only taught us he would demonstrate for us any skill he wanted us to do..Kept himself in great shape and was very health conscious even back then...I will always remember his one armed push-ups!! Great brunch of 'gym" teachers back then and he was one of them..Rip Mr Sanders..

So sorry to hear of the loss of Bob. I have been a neighbor for 50 years, and I cannot recall a time when you would not find a conversation with Bob to be up lifting. Even in later years with his health issues, you always came away inspired; he made you feel that all your troubles were insignificant. Truly a man who loved life, family and his faith. He will be missed. My deepest sympathy to Kim, Wendy, Rob, Greg and the entire family.
Sincerely,
Andrea Mastroianni
