Joyce Edna Hilton passed away Wednesday July 1, 2009 in Eastern Niagara Hospital at Lockport. Born December 10, 1944 in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Helen Pettit Pratz. Joyce was a babysitter for many families in the community and also enjoyed playing bingo and cards. Joyce is survived by her husband of 32 years, Joseph Hilton; her children Paul Baldwin, Fred Baldwin, Michael (Kim) Haynes and Helen Baldwin all of Lockport and Betty (Raymond) Rounds of Barker; beloved granddaughter, whom she raised Jenny Ann Baldwin; grandmother of 19 and great grandmother of 2; sister of Joan Rose, Marge (Craig) Talbert, Ruth (Mark) Prosser, Dawn (Eric) Pratz and Robert (Bunny) Pratz; sister in-law of Judy Pratz. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and her good friends Mary (Winters) Stamp and Lizzy Washburn. She was loved by all who knew her and enjoyed being with her family and friends. She is predeceased by her siblings the late Lillian, Fred "Sonny", James, Charles and Richard Pratz. Visitation will be Monday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM in Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street, Lockport, where services will be held Tuesday morning at 11 AM. <h3>Visitation</h3> Visitation will be Monday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM <h3>Services</h3> Tuesday morning at 11 AM.
