Obituary of Margaret I. Wilson
Margaret Isobel Wilson passed away November 12, 2023 in Brothers of Mercy Nursing Facility in Clarence, NY. Born October 2, 1931 in Zanesville, Ohio she was the daughter of William and Mary (Moran) Ross. After graduating at the top of her class from University of Buffalo Nursing school, Margaret worked as a Registered Nurse at Meyer Memorial Hospital in Buffalo. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Dr. Robert Wilson, Sr. on July 3, 2008.
Her love of classical music and gardening. Her rescue and care of many stray animals. Her warmth and generosity for anyone in time of need. These are but some of her remarkable traits. Oh and there’s that giving birth and raising of six boys!
Margaret is survived by her six sons Robert Jr., William, Richard, Thomas (Amanda), Daniel (Julie), and Andrew (Jennifer); nine grandchildren Tara, Haley, Patrick, Isobel, Sam, Ruthie, Charlotte, Leah and Lane; and sister Elizabeth O’Connor. Besides her husband she was also predeceased by her siblings William, Anne, and Alexander Ross.
