George L. Spring, Jr. passed away June 29, 2011 in Eastern Niagara Hospital, Lockport. Born April 12, 1944 in Lockport he was the son of the late George L. and Ethel (nee Golding) Spring, Sr. George was a machine operator for Niagara Fiberboard. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, was an avid sportsman, woodworking and especially enjoyed spending time with his family.
George is survived by his brother David (Kathryn) Spring; uncle to Tina Spring, Laura (Douglas) Price, Sara (Jeffery) Dibling and David (Allyson) Spring.
Relatives and friends may call Thursday, June 30th 2-4 and 7-9 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport where prayers will be offered Friday, July1st at 10:30 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM in All Saints Parish at St. Patrick's Church, 76 Church St., Lockport.
