Obituary of Kathleen E. Donner

Kathleen E. Donner passed away September 25, 2023 under the care of Niagara Hospice.  Born January 2, 1945 in Lockport she was the daughter of John and Myrtle (McMurray) Heenan.  Kathleen was the secretary at Donner Brothers Trucking & Excavating.  She was an avid reader, enjoyed crocheting, baking, and especially loved spending time with her family.  Kathleen was predeceased by her husband Gary F. Donner on March 11, 2022.

Kathleen is survived by her children Jeffrey (Jennifer) Donner, Michelle (Scott) Gerdes, and James Donner; grandchildren Ashley, Jessica, and Devin Donner and Evan and Sofia Gerdes; brother Richard (Judy) Heenan; sister-in-law Rosemarie Heenan; also several nieces and nephews.  Besides her parents and husband, she was also predeceased by her other siblings John Heenan, Patricia (late Mike) Allen, and Donna (late Terrance) Klinetob.

Relatives and friends may call Thursday, September 28th from 4-7 PM at Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, September 29th at 9:30 AM at Good Shepherd Parish, 5442 Tonawanda Creek Rd., Pendleton.  Interment will be in Good Shepherd Cemetery.  Visit pruddenandkandt.com.
