I had only just met Diane about a month ago through joining the Friday morning golf league at Willowbrook Golf Course. I had the distinct pleasure of playing with her twice. After only knowing her for this short time, it felt like we had been friends forever! She was so welcoming, kind, interested in getting to know me. We had terrific conversations while playing and walking 18 holes of golf and learned so much about each other. I miss her dearly! My heartfelt condolences to Gerry and Megan and the rest of her family and long-time friends.

Jerry, Megan, and Family,
Diane and I worked together in the Treasurer's Office for over a year. She was one of the kindest, most vibrant people I have ever met and I have many wonderful memories of her. She always talked about her family and how much she loved them. I am sure she is in the arms of the Lord and I will pray for all of you to be comforted by that in the days to come.

Diane was a dear friend of mine mainly through our mutual friend Peggy Morgan. She was the brightest , happiest person . Always upbeat. I was fortunate to meet Diane when Jerry and Diane started dating. When she walked into a room you could feel her positive energy. Diane was more interested to hear about you and never speaking about herself.

Diane and I were childhood friends who lived a few houses away from one another. She was younger than I was, but we shared a love for Barbie dolls. We both had quite a collection and spent hours dressing them up and creating stories for them. We had such fun. We recently talked about our memories of those days at yoga class. I was significantly younger than Diane and lived 2 doors down on Windermere. Every time I came over to visit with the family she would pull out that amazing Barbie collection for me to play with. I was in awe of her at age 5 or 6 - a real teenager playing with me!

I met Diane when we were five at the Lockport Country Club in Mr. Rose’s swimming class and she was a wonderful classmate at St John’s and at DeSales. Diane was always a smart, sweet, considerate and beautiful person, the best of all of us. She excelled at every single thing she did and with incredible grace and charm and it was a true joy and privilege to have known her. She will be missed immensely by so many.
Emerson said, “Beauty is God’s handwriting.” Surely, He wrote one of his best sonnets when he gave us Diane.

My fondest memories of Diane is when her and her Mom had Town and Country Fashions. They were just down the street from our Flower Shop. My Dad would send my Sister (Nancy) and I down to see the Ladies for a beautiful outfit for my Mom (Barb). They never disappointed us. Diane was so sweet and Beautiful I looked up to her.
