Mark’s first love was his family. He was crazy about them all! Loved his country too and wanted great futures for his children in it. Just found out about his passing today and feel devastated for all of you. So very heartbreaking. My backyard is beautiful because of the special flowers his family grew. Will keep all of you in my prayers.

We are deeply sadly by Mark's passing. We knew he was battling his disease. But did not realize it had reached this limit. Mark taught me a lot about gardening and planting. This year so many of the shrubs we planted seem to be coming into full bloom. I feel like it is in his memory. In 2016 I approached him asking for help with picking out plants at the head table at a Lions Club event. He not only helped me, but donated them. He had lost his father-in-law ( very dedicated Lion) the year before. I made sure the program showed Mark's and his wife's donation and the name and his father-in law's name. Mark was a great guy who was friendly and always willing to help. We miss him

I just wanted to pass along our deepest condolences! We have been going to Zehrs for our flowers for the last several years and will miss seeing Mark, his happy smile, and expertise. My husband would chat with him about the dogs while I shopped. Truly a kind soul. May he rest in peace!

I've known Mark for 26 year and always enjoyed visiting with Mark a couple of times per year. He was always straight forward and easy to talk to. He demonstrated loyalty and friendship during every visit and phone call. He will truly be missed. Michael Ryan Griffin Greenhouse & Nursery Supplies

Our heart aches for your whole family - we always make the trip to buy our flowers and catch up with Mark - when my daughter got married Mark was kind enough to have me come back in the Fall and help me pick all the Hydrangeas for her centerpieces - he truly was a stand up guy and will be greatly missed…heaven will be an even more beautiful place…our thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this very sad time….Dan and Colleen Santangelo
