Obituary of Marjorie E. Rountree
Marjorie E. Rountree peacefully passed away May 22, 2023 in Buffalo, NY. Born January 10, 1942 in Albion, NY she was the daughter of Arthur and Frances (Olsowski) Schuck. Marjorie worked in production for Harrison Radiator Div. of GM for 37 years, retiring in 1999. She was an avid bowler for years, love spending time with her Grandchildren, loved to feed the birds and work in the yard, and was known to many as Marge (who knew how to throw a great party). She was predeceased by the love of her life , John W. Suits, her siblings Arthur (Vanessa) Schuck, Kathy Dickinson, Shirley Schuck, and Robert Schuck.
Marjorie is survived by her children Shawn Rountree, Shannon (late Charles) Sossong, and Shantel Elias; grandchildren Keyon Elias, Charles Sossong, III, Jada Elias, and Connor Sossong; great grandchildren Ayah and Iyla Elias; siblings Marion (Larry) Quill and Michael (June) Schuck; also several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00-4:00 pm Saturday, June 3rd, at Wrights Corners Fire Hall.
