Obituary of Roxann Adkins
Roxann Jean Adkins passed away April 30, 2023 under the care of Niagara Hospice. Born October 1, 1951 in North Tonawanda she was the daughter of Walter and Carrie (Spencer) Flegal. Roxann graduated from Barker Central High School and worked in clerical at Lockport Memorial Hospital retiring in 2001. She loved spending time with family and friends, playing cards and Candy Crush.
Roxann is survived by her husband Randy Adkins; children Randy (Rebecca) Adkins and Daniele “Dee” (fiancé, Clint Ballinger) Adkins; grandson Jacob Adkins; siblings Kathy (Peter) Kreutz, Sandy Mottorn, Thomas (Lisa) Flegal, and the late Arnold, David, and Robert Flegal; also several nieces and nephews.
