James B. Urtel passed away April 9, 2023 in Northgate Health Care Facility. Born June 12, 1955 in Hartland, NY he was the son of Rudolph and Margaret (Steinbach) Urtel. James worked Henrich Chevrolet in Lockport in the 1970’s and in the 1980’s he worked at Sterling Arms.
James is survived by his Siblings Robert (Kathy) Urtel and Sharon (late George) Chaffin; nieces Krystal Urtel, Beth Chaffin, and late Kayla Urtel; nephews Donald Chaffin, Philip Chaffin, and late George “Dutch” Chaffin.
