Obituary of Joseph F. Cantasano

Joseph F. Cantasano passed away March 15, 2023 under the care of Hospice and his loving family. He was born on January 29, 1946 in Medina, NY a son of Joseph and Alta Jane (Olivier/Nestervich) Cantasano. Joe proudly served our country in the United States Army. He retired with 31 years of service from Harrison Radiator in Lockport.  Joe was a proud union member of UAW Local 686. He enjoyed, feeding birds, Sports, Pets and Coaching Youth Baseball, but most of all he loved spending time with his family.

Joe is survived by his wife of 55 years Sandra (Morphet) Cantasano; children Anthony (Marcella) Cantasano, Valerie (Michael Mankowski) Cantasano, Tracy Solotes; grandchildren Maria, Antonella, Alexia, Nicholas, and Thomas; siblings Valerie (late Art) Matulonis, Alexander (Lynn) Nestervich, and his extended family.
