Obituary of Daniel R. Tice, Sr.
Daniel R Tice Sr passed on March 6th, 2023. Born on November 3rd 1950, Dan was predeceased by his wife Anita B Tice. They had spent their entire married life in the Lockport/Cambria area. Dan had worked for the Niagara County Highway Department and retired in 2005 after working for 35 years. Dan was also active in the local racing community, working on the pit crew of 3 generations of the Rudolph family race teams, including a stint on a NASCAR pit crew.
Dan is survived by one son, Daniel R. (Chelsea) Tice, Jr.; and has four granddaughters, Hailey Wilkins, Kylie Wilkins, Alyssa Tice and Gianna Tice. Dan is also survived by his mother Mary Turner and sister Sandra Kerrison.
Visiting hours will be held at Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home on March 11th, 2023 from 1-4 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations to Roswell Park Cancer Institute, Buffalo NY, 14263 would be appreciated.
