Obituary of Judith A. Wright

Judith A. Wright passed away February 27, 2023 in Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital.  Born September 30, 1940 in Lockport she was the daughter Evan and Gladys (Kugler) Crane.  Judith worked for Albion Correctional Facility where she was a corrections officer.  She enjoyed being with her family, attending their sporting events, and gardening.  Judith was predeceased by her husband Henry J. Wright, Jr., and siblings Paul Crane, Evan Crane, Carla Crane, and Sandra (late John) Hinton.

Judith is survived by her children Henry (Michelle) Wright III, Jeanine (Peter) Denes, Matthew (Sheila) Wright, Patrick (Christina) Wright Sr., John (Sabrina) Wright, Douglas Wright, Jennifer (Jeffrey) Waters, and Derek (Jessica Breunig) Wright; twenty-two grandchildren and eight great grandchildren with three more on the way; siblings Kathy (late Joseph) Rucci, Paula (Paul) Mayers, and Carl (Donna) Crane; also several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends may call Thursday, March 2nd from 4-7 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, March 3rd at 10 AM in St. John the Baptist RC Church, 168 Chestnut St., Lockport.  Interment will be in Cold Springs Cemetery.
