Obituary of Deborah Sue Boyer
Deborah Sue Boyer passed away January 26, 2023 in Eastern Niagara Hospital. Born November 2, 1951 in Newfane she was the daughter of Roy and Doris (Lutz) Richards. Deborah worked at Walmart in Lockport where she was a clerk. She was active with the YWCA Domestic Violence programs, and enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren. Deborah was predeceased by her daughter, Tina Boyer in 2011, brother Michael Richards, and sister Kay Tetrault.
Deborah is survived by her longtime companion Richard A. Tillotson; children Amy Boyer, Arnold Tillotson, Adam Tillotson, and Tera Tillotson; nine grandchildren; sister Patricia Kuthy; several nieces and nephews.
