Ruby L. (Lillian Heinz) Seib age 90 of Lockport entered into rest May 18, 2011 in Odd Fellows & Rebekah Health Care Facility. Born November 17, 1920 in her home on West Avenue in Lockport, she was the daughter of the late Agustive and Ruby Heinz. Ruby married Kenneth Seib on October 18, 1941 in Emmanuel Methodist Church in Lockport. She had previously worked at Wilkop & Homes Co. in Buffalo back in the 40's. Ruby worked on the family fruit and vegetable farm in Ridgewood for over 50 years. She had been a longtime member of the Ridgewood Union Church and the Lockport Chapter No. 73 Order of Eastern Star. Ruby was also a member of the Ridgewood Home Bureau where she taught various crafts.

Ruby is survived by her husband Kenneth John Seib of Lockport; mother of Paul (Darlene) Seib and John (Liz) Seib both of Lockport; grandmother of Douglas (Lorna) Seib, Steven (Janet) Seib, Scott (Erica) Seib, Kimberly (Michael) Pilarski, Michael (Jennifer) Seib, and Matthew (Jennifer) Seib all of Lockport and also thirteen great grandchildren; predeceased by one brother Dwight Heinz who passed away May 12, 1968.

Relatives and friends may call Friday 2-4 and 7-9 PM in Prudden & kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport where funeral services will be held Saturday at 10 AM.
