Ralph T. Phelps passed away unexpectedly December 27, 2022. He was born on August 14, 1955 in Glen Cove, NY a son of George and Ramona (Prendergast) Phelps. Ralph was the owner/operator of R & S Auto in Gasport, New York. He enjoyed boating, car races, working on classic cars but most of all spending time with his family.
Ralph is survived by his daughters Deborah Phelps-Seda, Kaitlyn Phelps; grandchildren Jonathan Jr., Julian; siblings David Phelps, Eva Phelps; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Christopher Phelps.
