Frank C. Smith passed away November 19, 2022. Born July 5, 1931 in Lockport he was the son of Frances Campbell, living at his residence for 91 years. Frank served in the US Army from 1952 to 1954 and worked for Harrison Radiator in production. He was a stock car driver for Anthony Ben, car #8, and was an avid bowler. Private services were held.
