Margaret (Winter) Leising while under the loving care of her family passed peacefully at her home on September 15, 2022.

Born April 12, 1927 to the late Edward and Laura (Windnagle) Winter of Amherst, NY.  Wife to the late Harold Leising (3-20-22) for 72 years.

Predeceased by her brothers and sisters. Edward (Doris) Winter, Genevieve (Paul) Herberger, Dorothy (John) Diegleman, William (Margaret) Winter, and Bernard (Mary) Winter.

Survived by her children David (Irene), Ann Moje (late David), Jane Pfalzgraf (late Chuck), James (Lori), Mary (Christopher Paul), Joseph, and Daniel (Diana). Grandmother to 14 and Great grandmother to 15 also many nieces and nephews.

Margaret was a homemaker tending to the needs of her children and her home.

She attended Good Shepherd RC Church her entire life. She was a member of the Confraternity of Christian Mothers and assisted with many other church related activities.

The family would like to express our thanks to aides, Heidi, Kata, and Mary for their loving and dedicated care.

There will be no prior visitation.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, September 17th at 10 AM at Good Shepherd RC Church, 5442 Tonawanda Creek Rd., Pendleton.  Interment will be in Queen of Heaven Cemetery.  Memorial donation if so desired in her name to Good Shepherd RC Church, 5442 Tonawanda Creek Road, North Tonawanda, NY 14120 would be appreciated by the family.  Online Condolences at www.pruddenandkandt.com.
