I didn’t know Carrol passed. I found out when his account requested me as a friend. Apparently it was someone who hacked his account to spam us. I was with him in Savannah, Georgia when we were stationed at Fort Stewart. We lost touch after I was wounded in Iraq and sent to a Warrior Transition Unit. We used to go out to the bars In Savannah before we deployed. I remember he was so damn funny. He also cared about his friends. His favorite bar was 309 West. He loved everybody and had no enemies. You just couldn’t help but love the guy. Condolences to his children and family. I am sorry this happened. He was a great person.

I miss you, Dad, i miss you so damn much. Even if we didn’t get along most of the time, im always gonna be a daddy’s girl. My hero. Being half of you i am spontaneous, funny, prideful, and i have a great taste in music. Thank you. You live on through my face and my passion when i speak. I have your Irish pride, your wit, your humor, your face, your imagination, your love for music, and so much more. I wish we had more time to bond, dad. I wish i got to spend more time with you. What happened? Life happened. Thats neither of our faults. Its been a year, it feels like yesterday when i got the news. Im always thinking of you. And i will always love you.

I had several great memories of bobby when he was little spoiling him when he spent the night , watching him grow into handsome young man I will miss my nephew there always be a place in my heart ❤️ love you bobby gone way to soon. Aunt anne

I have a fond memory of dancing with Bobby at the Irish Festival when it was still in Lancaster. He had a shirt on that read “Brits go home”. We danced right near the stage for several songs getting all sweaty. We even helped ourselves to the band’s pitcher that was sitting on a speaker. Oops!
