Obituary of Ethel J. Anjain
Ethel J. Anjain passed away August 23, 2022 in Absolut of Gasport. Born June 27, 1940 in Marysville, CA she was the daughter of Charles Scott and Carrie Gladys (Beever) Poor. Ethel was a waitress at Denny’s Restaurant in Lockport. She enjoyed gardening, watching humming birds, and cats. Ethel will be remembered as a loving and generous person. She was predeceased by her husband John J. Anjain on January 23, 2022.
Ethel is survived by her children Kevin (Renay) Machado, Charlotte (Roy) Scott, Christina Machado, John C. Anjain, Annie Marie (Keith) White, and the late Domingo Machado; grandchildren Melinda Scott, Roy T. Scott, Sarah (Collin) Hayes, Tammy (Michael) Kowalski, and the late Catherine Scott; siblings Ruth (Richard) McRae, Edie Baggett, Cathy (Michael) Moore and the late Chuck (Helen) Poor. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
There will be no prior visitation. A Memorial Service will be held Friday August 26th at 4 PM at Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport.
