Obituary of Sharon M. Mullen

Sharon M. Mullen, the teenage bride of the late Edmund “Booie” Mullen were joined together Thursday, July 21, 2022 to celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary.  Born May 16, 1945 in Niagara Falls, NY she was the daughter of George and Cathryn (Cahill) Liddle.  Sharon worked in production for Harrison Radiator Div of GM in Lockport for 30 years retiring in 2002.  She enjoyed playing Yahtzee and especially loved spending time with her family.  Sharon was predeceased by her husband Edmund “Booie” Mullen on August 11, 2018.

Sharon is survived by her children Mark (Lisa) Mullen, Rick (Anita) Mullen, Tammy Lombardo, and Edmund Mullen; grandchildren Chelsea Mullen, Crystal (Zach) Mullen, Ricky Mullen, Emily Lombardo, and Vinnie Lombardo; great grandchildren Hailee Lombardo, Grayson Caraco, and Madison Caraco; sisters Pat (Bob) Lubera, and the late Beverly Pratt, Cathy Pettit, and Jeanette Shield; bothers-in-law Tubby (Wendy) Mullen, Jimmy (Karen) Mullen, and Donnie (Kathy) Mullen; also several nieces, nephews, and beloved Rocky and Isabelle.  She was also predeceased by several other in-laws.

Relatives and friends may call Sunday, July 24th from 12-4 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, July 25th at 10 AM in Good Shepherd RC Church, 5441 Tonawanda Creek Rd.  Interment will be in Acacia Park Cemetery.
