Obituary of John T. Walker
John “Jack” Walker passed away June 29, 2022 in Elderwood at Lockport. Born October 4, 1936 in Lockport he was the son of John and Ruth (Morris) Walker. Jack worked for Spaulding Fiber in Tonawanda, NY where he was a millwright. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, the Buffalo Sabres, watching old westerns, and was a motorcycle enthusiast owning a 57 Panhead Harley.
Jack is survived by his wife Marilyn R. (Roberts) Walker; children Kelly Campbell, Randy (Sue) Walker, Pamela (Lanny Kio) Walker, and Michael (Sun Hui) Walker; grandchildren Paul (Casandra) Walker, the late Matthew Kaminski, Markus (Kiera) Campbell, Heather Campbell, Sarah Walker, Brian Walker, and Conner Shubert; five great grandchildren; siblings Carolyn (late Richard) Golonka, Patrick (Roxanne) Walker, and Timothy (Evelyn) Walker; sister-in-law Jane (Peter) Morante.
Relatives and friends may call Thursday, July 7th from 4-7 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport where funeral services will be held Friday, July 8th at 11 AM. Donations to the Christ Community Church or Elderwood at Lockport would be appreciated. Visit pruddenandkandt.com.
