Obituary of Jeffery Scott Whitmore
Jeffery “Scott” Whitmore passed away June 8, 2022 in Buffalo General Medical Center. Born October 10, 1961 in Lockport he was the son of late Judith Sylvester and Donald Whitmore. Scott worked for Norampac for the past 20 years where he was a machine operator. He enjoyed flying RC planes, golfing, his cats, and camping.
Scott is survived by his wife of 32 years, Edyie (Wagner) Whitmore; children Jamie (Rob) Gordon, Corin (Jason) Linderman, Lisa (Nathan) Jenks, and late Megan Merchant; grandchildren Gage and Alexis Gordon, Duane, Jordan, and Jacob Linderman, Makenna and Andrew Kropp; siblings Steven (Tina) Sylvester, Deborah (Ron) Irwin, Barbara Whitmore, and late Kim Sylvester; also several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends may call Sunday, June 12th from 1-4 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport where funeral services will be held Monday, June 13th at 10 AM. Interment will be in Cold Springs Cemetery. Visit pruddenandkandt.com.
