Obituary of Barbara G. Wallace

Please share a memory of Barbara to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Barbara Ann (Giddings) Wallace entered peacefully into rest on May 30. She was born on April 11, 1930 in Lockport New York, the daughter of Ralph and Melva Giddings.

She was pre deceased by her husband Robert Wallace. She is survived by her beloved sister Judith Cook of Ohio and her children, Robert (Cheri) Wallace of Pennsylvania N.Y., Debra (Paul) Campbell of Michigan, Braden ( Carol) Wallace of South Carolina, Douglas ( Gail) Wallace of Lockport, N.Y., and Stephen ( Arlene) Wallace of Wilson, N.Y. along with many grand and great grandchildren.

Barbara was active in her PEO group and loved going to her Y. W.C.A. Workouts. She was an avid Bill’s fan and years ago took classes with a group called “ Women Understanding Football” in order to understand the game more fully. These classes were taught right at the stadium.  She loved all animals, especially dogs, and owned many throughout her life.

Arrangements will be made by Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home in Lockport. There will be no calling hours. A celebration of Barbara’s life will be held at Christ Episcopal Church, 7145 Fieldcrest Drive in Lockport N.Y. On Saturday June 11th at 11:00am.  In lieu of flowers, donations to Lockport Hospice would be graciously appreciated.  Online Condolences at www.pruddenandkandt.com.
