Linda R. Betts passed away April 26, 2022 in Williamsville Suburban Health Care Facility.  Born August 3, 1942 in Lockport she was the daughter of the late Francis Baker and the late Norma (Wilber) Smith.  She worked for the Niagara County DMV for 33 years where she was a clerk retiring in 2000.  Linda was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and Daughters of Nile, and a life member of the former Grace Episcopal Church.  Linda enjoyed traveling, dining out with her family and friends, and trips to the casino.  She was predeceased by her first husband, Roger Lilley in 1977.

Linda is survived by her husband of 24 years Victor Betts, Jr.; three sons Jeff Lilley, Michael (Megan) Lilley, and Richard Lilley; grandchildren Reagan and Hunter Lilley; siblings Earl Smith, Norman Baker, and the late Roger Baker and Rita Smith; also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends may call Friday, April 29th from 4-7 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport where funeral services will be held Saturday, April 30th at 10 AM.  Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Wilson.  In lieu of flowers donations to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.  Visit pruddenandkandt.com.
