Hand-Karl E. Jr. of Lockport, passed away on April 7, 2022 at ECMC. Born in Buffalo on November 26, 1950, he was the son of the late Karl E. Hand Sr. and Eleanor (nee Reszel) Hand. Karl was the own of the RNPA Book Sellers. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday April 28th at 10 AM at Wrights Corners Fire Company, 4043 Lake Avenue, Lockport, NY.
