Obituary of Frieda Ann Wacker
Frieda Ann Wacker passed away peacefully March 28, 2022. Born July 13, 1941 in Buffalo she was the daughter of Albert and Catherine (Wood) Wacker. Frieda worked for Buffalo General Hospital where she was a x-ray clerk and also was a seamstress at the Connecticut Street Armory for several years. She was a member of St. John the Baptist RC Church and the Ladies Card Club. Frieda enjoyed sewing, puzzles, crafts, and an avid Betty Boop fan.
Frieda is survived by her children Philip (Vilma) Battaglia, Gail (Thomas) Farrell, Paula (Normand) Provost, and Linda (late Michael) Mosher; seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren; siblings Edward (Beverly) Wacker and Irene (Fran) Maxsween.
Relatives and friends are invited to a Memorial Mass to be celebrated Wednesday, April 6th at 10 AM in St. John the Baptist RC Church, 168 Chestnut St., Lockport.
