David C. Westcott passed away February 1, 2022 in Lockport Rehab & Health Care Center. Born April 18, 1949 in Lockport he was the son of Roy and Lillian (Miller) Westcott. David taught in the private school system in Baltimore, Maryland. He was an author and also an avid model airplane builder. David is survived by his siblings Douglas (Christine) Westcott, Robert (Deborah) Westcott, Marcia (John) Clifford, and the late Jeanne (late Scot) Hall; also several nieces and nephews.
