Obituary of Michael J. Mahoney Sr
Michael J. Mahoney. Sr, passed away January 24, 2022 in Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital. Born May 18, 1937 in Manhattan, NY he was the son of Frank and Pauline (Frege) Mahoney. Michael worked for Yorkville Van & Storage in Manhattan where he was a mover. He enjoyed playing cards, watching old movies, playing his hand held Yahtzee, putting models together and coloring. Michael was predeceased by his loving wife Gertrude (Martinson) Mahoney and son Michael Mahoney. Jr, parents and several siblings.
Michael is survived by his brother Robert Mahoney and children Patti Mahoney, Debra Lombino, Paul (Vee) Mahoney, David (Annie) Mahoney, John Mahoney, Brian Mahoney, and Michelle (Joshua) Gelnette; 14 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
