Carol A. Walker passed away on January 21, 2022. She was born on September 5, 1946 in Buffalo, New York a daughter of Richard and Bernadine (Cook) Heckman.  Carol was a school teacher at the YWCA for a period of time. She cherished being a fulltime homemaker and mother. Carol was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Kenan Center and supported various charities. She was a professional shopper who enjoyed gardening, playing cards in the tavern league, and Bunko with her friends.

Carol is survived by her husband Frank Ross Walker; children Troy Walker, Gwen (late Wolf) Kleber; grandchildren Tyler Walker, Zachary Walker, Emma Davis, Ryleigh Blum; great granddaughter Molly Walker; brother Charles Winters. Carol was predeceased by her daughter Cheri Walker. Carol will be dearly missed by her family and many friends.

Relatives and friends may call Thursday, January 27th from 4-7PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport.  Funeral services will be held Friday, January 28th at 11 AM in First Presbyterian Church, 21 Church St., Lockport.
