Laurentia M. Grimes, of Lockport, passed away April 2, 2011 in Millard Fillmore Hospital. Born in Gallitzin, PA on December 9, 1955, she is the daughter of Frank and the late Josepha Kos. She retired from Delphi where she worked in assembly. Laurentia enjoyed oil painting, traveling, gardening, and loved to refinish old furniture. Laurentia is survived by her husband Raymond Grimes; mother of Johanna(Jonathan) Shaflucas, Cory(Tiffany) Grimes, and Janelle(Michael) Grenzy; Grandmother of Caydon Grimes; sister of Jay(Bonnie), Stanley, and Francis Kos, and Theresa(Dan) Ruffley. Relatives and friends may call Tuesday 4-8 PM in Prudden &amp; Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport. A Mass of Christian burial will be held Wednesday in St. Marys Catholic Church at 10AM. Interment will be in Cold Spring Cemetery.
