Obituary of Joan B. Tanner
Joan B. Tanner passed away January 10, 2022 in Eastern Niagara Hospital. Born February 2, 1950 in Lockport she was the daughter of Wilson and Rose (Smith) Tanner. She liked to color and enjoyed spending time with her family. She was predeceased by her companion, Lynn Campbell in 2009. Joan is survived by her son Mark (Mindy) Campbell; step-daughters Mary Campbell and Regina Russell; grandchildren Emma and Andrew Campbell; sisters Carol Hill and Shirley Wooley and predeceased by seven siblings. Friends may call Thursday, Jan. 13th from 4-7 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, where services will be held Friday, Jan. 14th at 11 AM. Burial in Cold Springs Cemetery.
