Arthur R. Christensen passed away March 25, 2011 in Niagara Hospice House. Born May 20, 1915 in Buffalo he was the son of Rasmus and Christine (Hansen) Christensen. Arthur worked for Harrison Radiator where he was a tool designer and planner he retired in 1977. Arthur was predeceased by his first wife Catherine (Leninan) Christensen. He is survived by his wife Agnes Marie (Connolly) Christensen of Lockport; father of John (Lynette) Christensen of Cherryville, NC, Mary Bartrop of Naples, FL, the late Peter Christensen and Catherine "Cassie" Christensen; grandfather of Christopher and Andrew Christensen; brother of the late Nordy Minns; also survived by several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held Saturday at 11:30 AM in Prudden &amp; Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport. Donations to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Dr., Lockport, NY 14094 would be appreciated.
