Obituary of Steven Stone
Steven E. Stone passed away December 2, 2021 in Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital, Amherst. Born March 21, 1943 in Batavia, NY he was the son of Russell and Martha (Morrow) Stone, III. Steven served in the US Army from 1965 to 1967. He worked for Pratt & Huth in Cheektowaga where he was a surveyor. Steven was a member of the Ski Club of Lockport where he was past president, the Lions Club in Newfane, and was assistant scout master for Troop 22. He enjoyed skiing, golfing with three hole in one’s, fishing, and camping.
Steven is survived by his wife of 53 years Elinor (Carlson) Stone; sons Scott C. (Liz Lesold) Stone and Matthew S. (Amy) Stone; grandchildren Alyssa and Natalie; sister Paula J. Stone.
