Obituary of Paul Buczkowski
Paul Buczkowski, 74, died Thursday, December 2, 2021 at Mount St. Mary’s Hospital. Born in Lockport, he was the son of Chester and Theresa (Vitone) Buczkowski. Paul was an Air Force Weapons Technician in Vietnam, and at the Niagara Falls Air Force Base. He also served as the Deputy Director of Weights & Measures for Niagara County for 10 years. Paul was a softball player and enjoyed golfing for many years at the Niagara County Golf Course in the Jim Berhalter golf league. He was currently a member of the North Forest Rod & Gun Club.
Paul is survived by his wife of 54 years, Frances (Garver) Buczkowski; children Lisa (Jonathan) May and Phil (Melanie) Buczkowski; grandchildren Sophie May, Fiona and Wyatt Buczkowski; siblings Joseph (Karen) Buczkowski, James (Barbara) Buczkowski, John (Judith) Buczkowski, and late Anita (Daniel) Tice; also survived by several nieces and nephews.
